Cookie Notice

Product Pilot does not use cookies or advertising trackers; the only analytics is an anonymous count of visits. The only thing we store in your browser is your own work-in-progress, so a refresh doesn't lose it. Here's the detail, and how to clear it.

1. No cookies, no tracking

Product Pilot sets no cookies. We use no advertising or marketing pixels and no third-party trackers, and we don't build a profile of you. The one measurement we do take is a cookie-free, aggregate count of visits (Vercel Web Analytics): which pages are visited, from which country, on which kind of device and browser. It stores no cookie, no IP address and no identifier that could single you out — see the Privacy Policy, section 6. There is no consent banner because nothing is placed on your device and no personal data is collected.

2. What we do store on your device

To make the tool usable, Product Pilot saves your current session to your browser's localStorage — a small store that belongs to your browser, not a cookie. This holds your idea, your answers, and the artifacts generated for you, so that refreshing the page or coming back shortly after doesn't throw your work away.

This storage is:

  • Strictly necessary — it exists only to preserve your work in the app.
  • Local to you — it stays in your browser and is not automatically sent to us or anyone else. (Your content only leaves your device when it's sent to the AI to generate part of your plan — see the Privacy Policy.)
  • Under your control — you can remove it at any time.

3. How to clear it

  • Start a new idea or reset the app — Product Pilot clears the stored session for you.
  • Clear your browser's site data / local storage for this site in your browser settings.
  • Use a private / incognito window, which discards local storage when you close it.

4. If this ever changes

If we ever introduce cookies or any tracking beyond the anonymous visit count described above, we'll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
