The problem
The real problem behind the idea: who has it, why it matters, and what keeps it unsolved.

I built this tool as an Innovation and Entrepreneurship student, constantly on the lookout for new ideas. I took the concepts I learned throughout my degree and put them into a guided workflow, supported by AI. It allows playing through multiple ideas quickly, trying out different directions and enables newer entrepreneurs to ask and answer the right questions. Feel free to play around and hopefully it gives you some inspiration.

Five steps take you from an initial idea to a concept you can start building.
Say who it is for and what problem it solves — a sentence or two.
A short round of follow-ups about your idea. Skip any of them and we'll work from the idea alone.
Three genuinely different takes on your idea. Pick one, ask for three more, or write your own.
Each part of your plan is written in front of you. Edit anything; we flag whatever needs updating to match.
A 13-section build plan for you and an AI brief, formatted for AI coding tools. Copy it or download the file.
Product Pilot guides you and works through the parts that matter for your idea while leaving you full control during each step.
The real problem behind the idea: who has it, why it matters, and what keeps it unsolved.
Problem framingBelievable target users with concrete goals and frustrations you can design against.
PersonasOne narrow group to win over first (never “everyone”), and how to spot that they’re ready to buy.
First-market strategyShort stories that show each user getting what they need, so you can see the product working.
User scenariosA single clear statement of who it's for and why it beats what they do today.
Value proposition designYour whole business on one page: customers, revenue, costs, and what you'll need to run it.
Business Model CanvasOne brief for you to work with. One for your AI - to build, to co-work, to challenge.
For you
A readable summary of your idea: the problem, the users, the first customers you should chase, and the business behind it. This is what will evolve, the further you take your idea.
For your AI builder
The same thinking, written as a build spec. Plain markdown, so Claude, Cursor or Kimi can read it as it is and start on the right thing. As a brief for discussions or base to build from.
No. There is no sign-up, no cookies and no advertising tracking on our end — only an anonymous count of visits. Your session lives in your browser. But we can't control what happens to your inputs once they are sent to the AI model of your choice. Never enter sensitive information in any of the forms.
This tool is free to use. You can run a full idea through and take the plan with you. Token limits may apply based on the model.
That's the normal starting point. Skip any question you can't answer yet, and step three gives you three different readings of the idea to choose between.
Yes. Edit any section and the sections downstream are marked as out of date, the tool then offers to redo them.
It's plain markdown, so anything that reads a file: Claude Code, Cursor, Kimi, or a chat window you paste into.
Type the idea. Product Pilot does the product thinking, and you keep the creative control.
